Conjoint Couples Therapy (Both of Us Working Together)

In conjoint couples therapy, you’ll meet with both Darius and Melissa in the same session.


This co-therapy model brings together two balanced perspectives and a supportive structure where each partner’s voice is valued and understood.

Couples Therapy with One Therapist

If you prefer a more traditional format, you are welcome to work with either Darius or Melissa individually for your couples sessions.

Family Therapy

Families grow, change, and move through challenges together—and sometimes they need a supportive space to work through those experiences.

We offer family therapy to help families strengthen communication, build understanding, and navigate life’s transitions.

Individual Therapy

We each offer individual therapy, and you’re free to choose the therapist you feel most comfortable working with.

Life Coaching with Darius

Life coaching is a supportive, goal-focused partnership designed to help you create meaningful change in your personal or professional life. As your coach, I don’t tell you what to do, I help you uncover clarity, build confidence, and develop a clear path toward the life you want. Through guided conversations, practical tools, and consistent support, we work together to turn your goals into achievable steps.

We are located at 155 Chandler Street Buffalo, NY 14207 and offer in-person and virtual therapy.

We also offer virtual therapy for all of New York State.

We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options as part of our services. Appointments are available during the day, in the evening, and on select weekends. If you have unique scheduling needs, We are happy to work with you to find a time that supports your well being and allows therapy to fit comfortably into your life.
